Role Overview: We are navigating a period of dynamic change and growth and looking for a Parcel Logistics Co-ordinator to join our growing team at our Loughborough site where we manufacture and package inhalation pharmaceutical products. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for the receipt, storage and movement of courier and supplier ad hoc deliveries, and the movement of items across departments for our Kindeva sites (UK). Ensure items are logged and delivered safely and in a timely manner. Work across multiple departments to facilitate the movement of items. Implement processes to co-ordinate couriers to correct sites and locations within Kindeva Loughborough locations. Skills & Experience: Previous experience working within a manufacturing, warehouse or logistics environment or similar. Full UK driving license required. Valid Counterbalance licence is essential. Reach Truck licence ADR licence desirable. Good understanding of GMP. Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel. knowledge of Health & Safety in a manufacturing environment. Key Capabilities: Good organisational, interpersonal, and time management skills. Enthusiastic, flexible, conscientious and proactive in approach. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and site needs. Hands-on attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Proactive, with a continuous-improvement mindset. Practical and logical manner for problem solving. Strong team player with the ability to work independently. Take a positive approach to own training and development.
