What the Job Involves This role involves contacting employees to advise them of necessary checks, managing data entry into matrices to generate necessary checks, and resolving employee queries related to these processes. You will conduct in-person document verification for onboarding candidates and maintain compliance checks, such as DBS and Right to Work, in various systems like Eploy, ResourceLink, and SharePoint. Additionally, you'll update, verify, and ensure that all compliance data is accurately recorded, notify managers of results, and maintain documents in systems such as SharePoint and Civica. The role also involves assisting with employee file digitization, compliance audits, and general HR administrative support.
