About the Role:
As a D365 CE Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the organization’s Dynamics 365 CE platform. You will work closely with various teams to improve processes, enhance system functionality, and ensure the system is operating at its full potential to support the organization’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) system, ensuring it meets business needs.
* Analyze and document business processes to identify opportunities for optimization.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
* Customize and configure D365 CE functionalities and workflows to enhance system performance.
* Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless user experience.
* Deliver user training and create documentation to maximize system usage and efficiency.
* Stay informed of the latest D365 CE developments and advise on best practices and enhancements.
1. Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a Systems Analyst with a strong background in Dynamics 365 CE who is passionate about using their skills for the greater good.
Key Qualifications:
* Extensive experience with D365 CE (Customer Engagement), including configuration, customization, and support.
* Familiarity with the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) to extend functionality.
* Strong business analysis and process optimization skills.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Previous experience within a not-for-profit environment is highly desirable but not essential.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SQL, and SharePoint would be a bonus.
