We’re looking for a talented Commercial Executive to join our growing team. If you thrive on data analysis, enjoy creating profitable travel products, and love working in a competitive, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
This is a hybrid role, with three days a week spent in our Tewkesbury office, conveniently located just 10 minutes from Cheltenham.
From rugby, cricket, Formula 1 and tennis, to concerts, horse racing and even horticulture, our events span a wide variety of passions.
Sourcing competitive quotes for both supporter and team travel from our preferred suppliers.
Creating detailed costing sheets and packaging compelling products for major sporting events.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with key suppliers and internal teams.
Contributing to the ongoing success and innovation of one of the UK’s leading sports travel and hospitality brands.
Researching competitors, monitoring market trends, and exploring new destinations, excursions, and hotel opportunities.
Contracting suppliers in line with Compass Group agreements and compliance standards.
Writing engaging and informative content for the website, including package descriptions and itineraries.
Supporting partners with bespoke solutions for their team travel requirements.
Producing detailed itineraries and comprehensive travel briefs for teams.
Experience in team or group travel is desirable, though not essential.
A high level of tenacity, curiosity, and a strong work ethic, with a drive for continuous self-development.
Tech-savvy and analytically minded, with strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
A positive team player who champions a great culture and supports continuous improvement across the business.
