Role Responsibilities (once placed):
5. Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
6. Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
7. Assist pupils with additional needs, including SEN
8. Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
9. Support pupils’ social and emotional development

14. No previous school experience required
