Key Responsibilities
* Test Software: Help check that our custom systems work properly and follow company rules, especially around security.
* Follow Test Plans: Run tests on websites and apps using different browsers and devices, with guidance from experienced team members.
* Maintain Test Documentation: Keep test records and regression packs accurate and up to date to support consistent testing.
* Use Tools: Learn to use Microsoft DevOps to track tasks and bugs, and Git to manage test code.
* Work in a Team: Join a small agile team, attend planning meetings, estimate how long testing will take, and help with releases.
* Find and Report Issues: Help spot problems, share test results, and support fixing issues, sometimes even during out-of-hours releases
Requirements
* Adaptable & Tech-Savvy: Open to new ideas, flexible with changing technologies and processes, and proficient in IT systems.
* Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work well under pressure in team environments.
