IT Field Engineer
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £42,000–£45,000 + benefits

Our client, a leading organisation in the IT services sector, is hiring an IT Field Engineer to support and maintain client infrastructure across multiple sites. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with a variety of technologies while delivering high-quality support in a customer-facing environment.
What you’ll do:
Provide on-site IT support across client locations
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
Troubleshoot network, server, and end-user issues
Manage and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs
Support project-based work including rollouts and upgrades
You’ll work closely with internal service desk teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of IT services and a high level of customer satisfaction.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a field-based IT support role
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and networking fundamentals
Experience with Active Directory and Office 365
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Excellent communication and customer service skills
