Our client is looking for an Internal Account Manager /Sales support to join our Foodservice team in Nottingham. In this role, youll be at the heart of our customer relationships, using virtual channels to understand customer needs, upsell our products and services, and drive sustainable growth all while delivering outstanding service.
What youll be doing
As Internal Account Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Taking ownership of customer orders over the phone, using your knowledge to guide choices and act as a trusted product advisor.
2. Identifying opportunities to upsell by reminding customers of products they may have missed and suggesting new ways to add value.
3. Analysing customer buying patterns and turning insights into meaningful, value-driven conversations.
