As an HR Business Partner, you'll drive a positive employee experience through your detailed grasp of HR programmes, processes, and tools, offering credible and clear HR advice to Amazon's managers. From resolving complex HR queries with colleagues to perfecting new policies and programmes, you'll be making a real difference in how Amazon operates. Key job responsibilities - Coach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR related topics - Employee case management in line with local legislation - Support investigations in line with local legislation - Support implementation to address and improve the workplace environment and employee engagement - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute hiring, recruiting and engagement initiatives - Partner with the HR team to develop, implement and maintain communication plans - Lead or support HR projects as assigned - Collect and analyze data to assist the HR team to draw insights on attrition, attendance, workforce management, recruitment and engagement initiatives - Conduct audits for compliance; apply knowledge of local employee law and legislation with supervision of management A day in the life HR Partners get involved in a wide range of different projects and work with a mix of diverse stakeholders, all with one goal: to make Amazon a great place to work. You'll be based in an Amazon fulfilment centre, delivery station or sortation centre and will frequently use data to inform key decisions. From one day to the next, you could be taking the lead on a range of different projects or supporting senior stakeholders with developing strategies and carrying out regular talent reviews. You'll be taking a fresh look at our working culture and thinking of new ways to optimise them. You'll also be supporting new colleagues to develop and learn new skills, so as well as shaping our working culture, you'll be helping our colleagues grow. Basic Qualifications A degree Relevant experience in an HR role operating in an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English Preferred Qualifications Preferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
