Job Responsibilities
1. Manage induction and basic skills training of the Reception team.
2. Ensure the team is technically efficient and carry out technical training needs.
3. Oversee management of all reservations and group bookings.
4. Handle all daily revenue controls, deductions, refunds, and revenue management of the department.
5. Provide professional guest services such as wake-up calls, telephone messages, and information requests to maximize guest satisfaction.
6. Perform duty management during shifts.
7. Manage inventory on various third-party websites, ensuring they are monitored and updated regularly.
8. Conduct daily housekeeping room checks and report any issues.
Qualifications and Skills

* Experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a supervisory role.

Additional Information
This position is 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, with some weekends and bank holidays required.
