Role Description
This is a contract role for a Skipper/Coxswain at Tiree Sea Tours Ltd for the 2026 season. The role is based on-site on the Isle Of Tiree. The Skipper/Coxswain will be responsible for the operation and navigation of boats, ensuring the safety of all passengers and crew members. Daily tasks include managing maritime operations, performing regular seamanship duties, providing customer service, and ensuring the boat meets all maritime regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Seamanship and Navigation
* Experience operating and managing boats
* Excellent Customer Service abilities
* Knowledge of Maritime regulations and safety standards
* Valid maritime certifications or licenses as required
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently
