Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site and in office role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (office located in Loughton, Essex). The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of cost control, including preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost reporting, and overall cost management. This role requires the candidate to manage project finances effectively to ensure successful completion within budget and timelines.
