Senior / Associate Project Manager Location: Nottingham, UK Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 package About the Opportunity An opportunity for a forward thinking Senior or Associate-level Project Manager to join a high-performing and rapidly growing consultancy based in Nottingham. This role is ideal for a driven and experienced professional looking to lead complex, high-value projects while playing a strategic role in the continued growth of the firm. You’ll be delivering end-to-end project management across a broad portfolio including logistics, mixed-use, infrastructure, and commercial schemes — all within a supportive and forward-thinking consultancy environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver construction projects from feasibility to completion across a range of sectors Oversee project programmes, budgets, risk management, and quality assurance Administer contracts (NEC3/4, JCT, FIDIC) and provide commercial oversight Act as key point of contact for clients, contractors, and design teams Ensure health & safety and CDM compliance throughout the lifecycle Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of high performance Prepare progress reports, risk logs, and financial updates for clients and directors Contribute to business development through client presentations, proposals, and bids What We’re Looking For Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field Strong working knowledge of NEC3/4, JCT, or FIDIC contracts Proven track record of managing projects through all RIBA stages Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Chartered or working towards (APM, CIOB, or RICS) Full UK driving licence preferred Sectors You’ll Work In Logistics & Distribution: Including award-winning sustainable warehousing projects Mixed-Use Regeneration: Complex schemes combining residential, hotel, retail & commercial Infrastructure: Multi-phase site infrastructure and enabling works Commercial & Residential: Hotels, offices, and high-spec apartment blocks What’s on Offer Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 Bonus: Up to 10% performance-related 28 days holiday bank holidays 5% employer pension contribution Chartered membership support (RICS/APM/CIOB fees paid) Salary sacrifice electric car scheme (all levels) 45p per mile travel allowance Flexible/hybrid working and clear progression paths In Summary: A cracking opportunity with a fast-growing consultancy, offering excellent projects, structured career progression, and a strong benefits package.
