Maths Teacher

The school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time, long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to teach in a progressive environment that values innovation, creativity, and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Maths lessons to students at Key Stage 3 and 4
* Plan and teach engaging, dynamic lessons that inspire a love for Maths
* Support students in developing numeracy, analytical, and communication skills
* Provide effective, constructive feedback to aid student progress
* Contribute to curriculum development and share new ideas and strategies
* Encourage participation in enrichment activities like clubs and competitions
* Be an active member of the school community, promoting its positive values
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred)
* Experience teaching Maths at the secondary level
* Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Maths
* A creative and learner-centered teaching approach
* Confident classroom management and a proactive attitude
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent roles in the future.
