This is a high-level role, central to the success of Project Venice, where you will drive engagement, adoption, and sustainable improvements across the business.
What You'll Do
* Lead the development and implementation of the change management strategy for Project Venice
* Drive adoption of new ways of working across all workstreams
* Engage with senior leaders to secure commitment and champion change
* Identifyand manage change impacts, including processes, roles, and systems
* Develop and oversee communications and training plans to support adoption
* Monitor progress, report on change adoption, and escalate risks or resistance
* Support governance and ensure change management is embedded across the programme
