Overview
Project Coordinator role in Manchester, United Kingdom. Salary £26k - £30k. Hours: 08:55 - 17:30, Monday to Friday (early finish on Friday). Opportunity to work with a luxury client base in a niche market. 25 days holiday (increases with length of service) and wellbeing/health benefits. Company pension contributions. Manchester Staff are seeking a Project Coordinator who will work with high-net-worth clients to deliver projects tailored to their needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, organized individual to join a growing company.
Responsibilities
* Lead and build strong client relationships via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
* Manage relationships with new and existing clients, with willingness to travel around the UK and abroad.
* Sourcing, specifying, costing, selling, ordering, and invoicing.
* Run multiple projects, ensuring orders are on time and clients are kept up to date.
* Support the Head of Projects and fellow colleagues.
Person Specification
* Good command of English, both verbal and written.
* Excellent customer service experience across face-to-face, telephone, and email.
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills with logical/analytical thinking.
* Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to quality and detail with a willingness to develop knowledge of products.
* Calm and collected under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
* High standards of personal presentation.
* Experience with bespoke and branded goods is advantageous.
* High competency in Microsoft Office; Full Driving Licence is required.
* Flexibility in working hours and travel (occasionally at short notice).
* Speaking a foreign language is advantageous but not essential.
