We are looking for a customer advisor, on a permanent, full-time contract, as soon as possible for our Bicester store. Job Responsibilities And Activities Under the supervision of the Manager, your missions will include : Welcome and advise a demanding clientele with professionalism, offering a personalized and unforgettable experience; Embody excellence as a role model for the team, conveying the quality values specific to our brand; Ensure scrupulous compliance with company processes, guidelines and standards, in order to maintain the brand's prestigious image; Manage merchandising and inventory with care and precision, ensuring optimal layout and impeccable product presentation; Achieve and surpass sales targets, by developing strategies geared towards commercial excellence; Master performance indicators and use steering tools with expertise, to ensure optimal management and continuous growth. Skills And Experience You have at least 2 years' experience in the luxury goods sector, enabling you to achieve excellent sales performance while offering quality service. Versatile, available and rigorous, you are attentive to the needs of our customers to better advise them and win their loyalty.
