Are you ready for a dynamic role where no two days are the same?
As a Recruitment Advisor at ECT, you'll play a key role in delivering our recruitment service and supporting the development of a diverse, inclusive and compassionate workforce.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers and new starters, providing excellent support via face‑to‑face, phone, and email to ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
This role requires strong attention to detail, organisation, time management, administrative ability, and a customer‑focused approach.

Key responsibilities include preparing adverts, coordinating interviews, issuing offers and contracts, and completing pre‑employment checks such as ID, right to work, references, occupational health, and DBS checks.
This is an excellent opportunity to build and apply your skills within a busy recruitment function, working closely with teams across the People Directorate. Experience in a busy administrative role is essential; recruitment experience is desirable.
You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, while also having the confidence and initiative to manage your own workload independently and work autonomously when required.
If you’re a motivated individual who can manage multiple priorities and enjoys working in a friendly, fast‑paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
We welcome applications from Graduate visa holders; it is important to note that you must have a minimum of 6 months before this expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons.
Non‑UK or Irish applicants should check their visa and this role’s eligibility for sponsorship before applying. For further information please visit Visas and immigration - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
