Job title: Registered Manager
Location: Hillingdon
Salary: £40,000
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and committed Registered Manager to join our Home Care branch in Hillingdon.
As the Registered Manager you will be:
Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care outcomes.
Ensure strict adherence to regulations and policies, maintaining at least a "Good" CQC rating.
Prioritize health and safety for staff and clients alike.
Streamline processes to optimize service delivery.
Recruit, train, and retain top-tier care assistants.
Qualifications:
Home Care Management: 3 years (required)
We are also interested in candidates looking to take that next step up from a Deputy role!
NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5: Qualification in Social Care.
Thorough understanding of assessment criteria for achieving outstanding scores.
Experience in managing people and teams
Right to Work full-time in the UK
UK/ EU driving licence with own car
