* Experienced in children's residential care, with a Level 3 (or above) relevant qualification.
* Proven experience of supervising and leading teams within a children's care setting.
* Passionate about caring for and developing children and young people.
* Determined to improve outcomes for children and young people.

* Motivated to make a real difference every day.
* Committed to professional development - Level 4/5 qualified or working towards.
* Holds a full UK driving licence.
