Role Overview: As the Family Support Team Manager, you will oversee a team of dedicated social workers and support staff. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Leading and managing the Family Support Team to deliver high-quality services to families in need.
* Providing supervision, guidance, and support to team members, ensuring effective casework and professional development.
* Developing and implementing strategies for early intervention and prevention within the community.
* Collaborating with other agencies and stakeholders to coordinate support services for families.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
Key Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have:
1. A recognised social work qualification and registration with Social Care Wales.
2. Proven experience in managing and leading a social work team, ideally within a family support context.
