Remedial Plumber – St Albans
Up to £42,000 + Van + Benefits
Leading Building Services Consultancy are actively looking for a Remedial Plumber to join the team, covering projects across North London whilst carrying out where needed water hygiene duties to ensure projects are compliant and SLA’s are met.
To apply for the Remedial Plumber role, the successful applicant will come from a similar background
* Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing
* Proven experience working in commercial settings across the South-East.
* Experience in legionella duties such as sampling, monitoring, TMV Servicing and maintaining onsite reports
* Full driving license (DBS checked or be willing to complete required forms)
The successful Remedial Plumber will have the opportunity to gain additional plumbing qualifications as well as other market knowledge such as Fire and Legionella Risk Assessments and will report into the Contract Manager of the division.
A full benefits package is offered including van for private use, PDA and mobile and you will have a project co-ordinator in head office to help manage work schedules and weekly leadership meetings to maintain contact with the company and ensure you feel valued at all times.
