Store Manager Ernest Jones Exeter
As Store Manager here at Ernest Jones in Exeter, you'll be responsible for achieving the store's targets through promoting the sales culture in-store, building and inspiring a strong customer-first team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You should be passionate about role modeling your selling skills, coaching, and inspiring your team through great leadership and a proactive approach to sales management.
You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with company instructions, policies, and processes, as well as controlling costs, payroll, shrinkage, and expenses for the store. Additionally, you'll oversee the planning and organization of operational activities within the store.
We encourage our Store Managers to lead boldly, inspiring their teams to create pride and exceed expectations.
