They build long term relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Based in Reading (2 days pw), this is a Hybrid role.
Job Description
* Leading the procurement and category management across a range of food categories (including Bakery & Produce)
* Developing long term relationships with suppliers.
* Sourcing new food products and negotiations on contracts
* Working closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance, NPD, Marketing and Supply Chain
* Helping launch new and seasonal menu decisions.
The Successful Applicant
* 2 years of procurement experience within procurement for a food service business.
* The ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
* A passion for the food industry.
