About the Role
As a Marketing, Communications, and Media Graduate, you will:
* Support Communications Projects: Assist in delivering internal and external communications projects.
* Create Engaging Content: Write for various media, including social media, newsletters, and print.
* Support Campaigns: Help with the operational aspects of communications campaigns and strategies.
* Engage with Media: Draft press releases and liaise with media outlets.
* Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with HR, marketing, IT, and customer service teams.
Who We’re Looking For
Education:
Recent graduate ideally with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and proficiency in digital and social media platforms.
Digital content skills eg photography, video editing, adobe are desirable but not essential
Attributes:
Creative thinker, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

There is a contractual requirement for this role to form part of the On Call Communications Rota which operates Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays from 8am to 8pm. A standby allowance is paid for each shift £33.63 (as at 1 April 2024). The postholder will be on the rota approx 6-8 weekends a year
