We are recruiting for a motivated and professional Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established independent agency with a strong presence in the Woking property market. This role offers a fantastic platform for someone looking to grow their career in residential sales and lettings, whether you're experienced or entry-level with relevant transferable skills.
Working within a dynamic team, you'll assist in all aspects of the sales and lettings process, contributing to a high-quality service for landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Handling enquiries from potential tenants and buyers
* Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
* Booking and conducting property viewings
* Coordinating and booking property valuations
* Negotiating tenancy terms and property sales
* Carrying out tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks
* Preparing tenancy documentation and renewal agreements
* Supporting the negotiation of tenancy renewals
* Maintaining accurate records and CRM data
* Delivering exceptional customer service at all stages of the process
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude
* Well-presented and confident dealing with a wide range of clients
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Professional, reliable, and committed to high standards
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
* Educated to A-level standard or equivalent
