We are looking for a confident and customer service-focused individual to join a well-established company in the Lancing as a Customer Service Advisor within their Customer Service Support team. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact on customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, handling service requests, assigning jobs to engineers, and providing first-line technical support over the phone. Previous experience in customer service is essential, and knowledge of Excel is preferred.
Customer Service Advisor duties will include:
* Answering customer calls and emails regarding breakdowns and service requests
* Booking visits and following up with customers
* Providing first-line technical support to resolve issues over the phone
* Updating customer records accurately
* Liaising with engineers and team leaders
* General admin duties
Requirements:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to respond to problems quickly and accurately
* Flexible and proactive approach to work
* Previous customer service experience
* Knowledge of Excel desirable
Hours:Monday to Friday, full-time 37.5 hours a week
