Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with an established Maintenance Service Provider to source a Maintenance Planner. Based in North London with a salary £28k - £32k Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, and working collaboratively with the repairs team, the Maintenance Planner will be responsible for developing comprehensive maintenance plans outlining PPM schedules, reactive maintenance, and quoted works projects, considering client requirements, job specifications, and regulatory compliance. The client: An established FM Property and Maintenance Service Provider, my client is a family-owned business founded in the late 80s. Over the past 30 years, they have gone from strength to strength, and are on an impressive trajectory. Duties: Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of maintenance services. Schedule Management: Monitor maintenance schedules, prioritize reactive maintenance requests, and coordinate service visits to minimize downtime and disruption to clients' operations. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks to maintenance contracts/projects, such as equipment failures, resource shortages, or health and safety hazards, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. Communication Coordination: Facilitate communication among maintenance teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clear and timely exchange of information, compliance with contractual requirements, and resolution of issues. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including Job logic, inspection reports, and project documentation Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs for maintenance contracts / projects, such as PPM compliance, response times, resolution rates, and client satisfaction scores, to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives. About you: Experience in planning and coordination in Mechanical Maintenance field. Knowledge and hands-on experience on CMMS / CAFM systems, preferably Job Logic. Ability to establish good relationships with internal and external team members. Good levels of verbal and written communication skills. Excellent planning and organisational skills.
