Role Overview The Science Technician will support practical science teaching across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Key responsibilities include: Preparing materials and equipment for practical lessons Maintaining laboratory equipment Ensuring safe storage of chemicals and materials Managing stock and ordering supplies Supporting GCSE and A Level practical assessments Maintaining compliance with COSHH regulations Cleaning and organising laboratories Assisting teachers with demonstrations Managing equipment inventory Ensuring health and safety standards are met The role requires precision, strong organisation, and a commitment to safety.
