We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Yorkshire. The role involves supporting the customer service department with administrative duties and coordinating customer interactions to ensure high service standards.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate and efficient data entry into the customer service system.
* Issue documentation to assist homeowners in understanding their new homes.
* Manage all incoming communications professionally and within specified timescales.
* Maintain professionalism and uphold company values in all interactions.
Requirements:
* Experience in customer service, preferably in housebuilding, property, or construction.
* Ability to produce clear reports and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Proficiency in Word and Excel, with strong administrative skills.
