Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Core hours of the job are office hours, there will be some ability for flexible/hybrid working as per service demands.
The role is accountable to the the head of EPR adoption & Optimisation/Director of Transformation and the Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO). Close professional relationships will be with EPR change team/Nursing information officer (NIO) and the wider Digital team.

Education and Qualification
Essential criteria
* Educated to master's level or equivalent experience.
* Change management qualification or relevant experience.
Desirable criteria
* Professional Qualification RGN, AHP etc.
* PRINCE 2 foundation/practitioner.
* Project/programme management qualification.
Knowledge
Essential criteria
* Principles and practices of project management methodologies and Change management.
* Digital Skills in using Microsoft applications
Desirable criteria
* Evidence of Implementing Change and/or projects.
* Advanced skills.
Experience
Essential criteria
* A strong record of accomplishment of successful delivery of coherent design in an environment of complex change programmes and demonstrating a pragmatic approach for design/delivery trade off in a high-pressured environment.
* Experience of managing change programmes/projects with multiple resources and stakeholders, to time, budget and required standards across organisation boundaries.
Desirable criteria
* Change management qualification.
* Extensive experience of facilitating and informing the design of future operating systems and processes through the development of solutions which transform performance and culture for service delivery
* Experience of Managing budgets
Skills
Essential criteria
* Experience of working within the Healthcare industry.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to engage with staff at all levels, clinicians and operational staff, patients, and partners to form an effective network which build long term relationships with existing and potential providers whilst managing politics
* Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver change, within a public sector environment using a co-design approach
* Excellent Credibility - essential that post holder inspires confidence from the first meeting to the project conclusion. written communication skills and ability to write clear concise papers and business cases.
* Clear evidence of digital skills and keyboard use
Desirable criteria
* Operating independently to lead teams across the organisation in Transformation activity and events including Programme Boards, Workstream meetings and staff/patient events & workshops as appropriate
