Business Development Manager

This is a crucial and exciting role within the sales team, focused on seeking out new business opportunities through effective negotiation skills and the successful management of existing customer relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of new business initiatives from inception to completion and beyond, necessitating a great deal of tenacity and drive for resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To provide exceptional, pro-active account management to new and existing clients
2. Achieve and exceed sales targets/?revenue within management services
3. Identifying, targeting and converting new business opportunities
4. Proactively generate customer meetings
5. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
6. Produce and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
7. Produce calendar of confirmed future meetings with targeted accounts
8. Core understanding of services to be able to present a total operation package
