The Role – Head Vet The successful candidate will join the senior management team as Head Vet, playing a pivotal role in shaping clinical standards, mentoring colleagues, and delivering a strategic vision focused on gold-standard, evidence-based veterinary care. This opportunity would suit an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon who: Demonstrates exceptional clinical expertise Thrives in a leadership and mentoring role Is passionate about continuous clinical improvement Can confidently guide and support a multi-disciplinary team Is driven to create a centre of clinical excellence This is a 4-day working week (39 hours) with a 1:4 weekend rota. There are no out-of-hours requirements, though the Head Vet will provide on-call support for any overnight inpatients when required.
