Job Description:
* We are looking for a highly capable and commercially minded Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across the business. This role requires a strong all-rounder who can manage delivery, stakeholder engagement, governance, and operational execution, with a particular emphasis on budget ownership and financial management.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Management
* Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs and business initiatives.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
* Develop and maintain program plans, RAID logs, governance reporting, and status updates.
* Track milestones and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues.
* Drive continuous improvement across program delivery processes.
Financial & Budget Management
* Own and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
* Monitors spend against approved budgets and identify variances proactively.
* Partner with Finance teams on forecasting, reporting, and cost optimisation.
* Ensure accurate financial governance and support business case development.
* Provide clear financial reporting and insights to leadership teams.
