This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding and ambitious practitioner to take on a rewarding leadership role within a thriving and inclusive school. The successful candidate will lead Key Stage 1 as a member of the senior leadership team, shaping early learning, supporting colleagues and securing high‑quality provision and outcomes for all pupils, while continuing to make a real difference through their own classroom practice.

As Key Stage 1 Lead, the successful candidate will provide professional leadership across the phase, supporting and developing staff, monitoring standards and contributing to whole school improvement.
