This may be what you are looking for!</p><p><b>The Purpose of the role</b> Is to support the Marketing team with the Consumer & Professional Filter Marketing & Communication plans by managing the day to day responsibilities for press office releases, and take the lead role in the planning & implementation of all exhibitions and trade shows.</p><p><b>Day to day responsibilities will be</b></p><ul><li>Work with PR agencies to ensure all activity is in line with Brand campaigns, product launches and topical issues to ensure all professional sponsorship/membership is maximised</li><li>Analyse results, share learnings and recommendations with all internal stakeholders and the wider business, by providing the Marketing & Sales teams with regular updates on the PR activity by continuously keeping abreast of launch/phase out timings, quality issues and certification requirements</li><li>Support the team with the creation and production of trade / shopper marketing assets</li><li>Work closely with the Marketing team on the Digital Strategy for the Professional Filter Strategy, developing influencer & social content alongside traditional press materials , Lead generation, eCRM, and websites to ensure communication campaigns are aligned to the strategy</li><li>Cross collaborate with Marketing and Sales, providing regular updates on Brand & Customer Activity</li></ul><p><b>About you</b></p><ul><li>Youll ideally have at least 2 years within a Marketing/Brand environment or Agency Account Manager role across B2B/B2C</li><li>Possess a strong Commercial mindset with the ability to think creatively and unafraid to challenge the status quo!</li><li>Youll have experience in Press release</li><li>As this is a <b>hybrid role</b>, you will need to be within a commutable distance to the Bicester office 3 days per week</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Marketing, or related field is ideal however not crucial</li><li>A strong prevalence in branding & B2B marketing</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends</li><li>Previous experience in social media is a plus!</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment is key</li></ul><p><b>Whats on offer?</b></p><ul><li>Basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum, + pro-rata 23 days leave per annum & bank holidays</li><li>Excellent pension scheme</li><li>Free access to Employee Assistance programme</li><li>Employee discount + monthly staff allocation for <b>BRITA</b></li><li>Free on-site parking</li></ul><p>If you would like to become an integral part of the <b>BRITA</b> family who have been awarded certification in <b>A Great Place to Work</b> then get in touch today for more information on how we can change the world together!
