What you’ll do
* Provide a proactive and reactive service to ensure customers meet their financial arrangements in line with their goals.
* Educate customers on the different ways they can do their banking and support them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs.
* Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures, delivering a seamless and positive customer experience.
* Take the correct actions to deliver good customer outcomes, reviewing gaps and mitigating issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* At first point of contact, deliver outstanding customer service and help the organisation achieve its goals.
* Educate customers on banking options and support their choice of options that work best for them.
* Complete processes and procedures with attention to detail to provide a seamless experience.
* Contribute to maintaining good customer outcomes across all interactions.
The Skills You’ll Need
* Experience in a customer service environment with strong relationship management skills.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities to meet performance measures.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in a regulatory environment and use Microsoft Office.
* Customer-focused attitude.
Key Details
* Salary: £26,200 annual salary
* Location: Natwest, Belfast City Centre
* Shifts: Full-time, 40 hours per week, hours between 07:00 and 23:00
* Start date: Various through Aug/Sept 2025
* Probity Requirements: Credit, Criminal, Sanctions and Fraud checks; must evidence last 2 years of employment history and last 5 years of address history
