Flk Recruitment is supporting one of the UKs most well-known consumer brands as they look to expand their UK People team with the appointment of a new People Business Partner covering the Midlands and South region for 12-18 months to cover maternity.

Reportingto a super supportive Head of People, you will work closely with a variety of senior stakeholders across the region and support the development and delivery of people-focused solutions by influencing & educating the leaders in the business in alignment with the people agenda.
You must be a true generalist with strong experience in delivering People programmes around the following areas: Employee Relations, EDI, Engagement, Talent, L&D, HRMI, Resourcing, Reward and Internal Comms. Working alongside COEs, you will focus on driving cultural change and lead on all project-related People initiatives.

Theyre experiencing a huge amount of positive change and growth with HR at the forefront of this, so their People Business Partners must be comfortable working at pace and can work with ambiguity at times, as the business constantly evolves.
Hybrid working is standard within this business, and they offer a huge amount of flexibility, so whilst theres an expectation that you meet with your stakeholders regularly, you manage your diary as you see fit and are afforded a great deal of autonomy. Your success is measured by output, not in hours. You will be in the business 3 days a week and work from home 2 days on average (if working full time).
This role will suit very Senior HR Advisors looking to step up or HRBPs operating at a strategic level who love working to a defined people plan and can deliver through partnering with senior stakeholders and their teams.
Candidates with experience in FMCG, Retail/Fashion, Logistics/Distribution would be highly desirable, but as long as you have a can-do attitude, you like to roll your sleeves up, and youre adaptable, I would recommend you apply!
