You are analytical, detail-focused and enjoy using data to create meaningful change. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing both internal and external stakeholders and thrive when working collaboratively. You Will Bring A Level 3 Certificate in Customs Compliance Experience using Root Cause Analysis or similar tools to support continuous improvement Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and Power BI Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration The ability to drive improvement activities within the UK and surrounding countries Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications A proactive approach to internal reviews, follow-ups and compliance controls Clear communication skills, both verbal and written You report directly to the Director of Customs & Trade EMEA and you are an active member of the EMEA management team. Together with the UK customs compliance manager. As well as collaborating with brokers, master data specialists and internal partners to keep our operations efficient, compliant and forward-thinking.
