About the Service
21HSCs Wraparound Care and Support Service for Children, Young People and their Families is a newly registered service with the Care Inspectorate Scotland which offers the following: -
1. The provision of responsive and flexible support to children, young people and their families within their own home and the community, which promotes positive parenting and enhances outcomes for children and young people in their care on a social, emotional and practical level.
2. To provide practical, emotional and social support to children and young people with Additional Support Needs in their own home aimed at preventing social isolation, improving school attendance and relationships with their family and peers.
3. To assist children, young people and their families access additional social support and resources in their community ranging from Voluntary Sector organisations, Leisure facilities, training, and employment opportunities.
