*Job Overview*

Due to continued growth we are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team to assist with our daily administrative tasks. The person who will fill the role will join a small friendly team which includes engineers, subcontractors and an operations manager. You will become the first point of contact for our customers, whether booking their annual service, reporting a breakdown or requiring a new boiler. We are very proud of our excellent customer service record and your role will be to continue to promote Royale Boiler Services in everything you do. Experience with the heating sector is not necessary, however, customer service and administrative experience is essential

The position and pay is based on full time hours working Monday to Friday 8.45am-4.45pm with half an hour for lunch. (paid overtime may be required at times)

We promote a healthy lifestyle and also like to offer an extra 20 minutes per day to go for a walk and take a break from the office. We can also assist with gym membership costs for those who actively use the gym.

*Responsibilities*

* Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.

-Assist with planning the diaries of a team of engineers working throughout the area.

-Liaise with suppliers.

* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

* Utilise Xero for basic bookkeeping tasks.

* Working with our software (full training provided) assist with raising invoices, organise supplier invoices, company receipts and chasing outstanding debt.

* Proficiently use Google Suite for various office tasks

*Skills*

* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

* Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently

* Data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

* Familiarity with computerised systems for document management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,500.00-£26,500.00 per year
