What You’ll Do:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting students with ALN, helping them to engage, grow, and succeed in their learning journey. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with ALN.
* Assisting teachers in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Supporting students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
* Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to tailor support to individual needs.
* Inspiring confidence, resilience, and independence in every student you work with.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will:
* Have previous experience working with children or young people (experience with ALN is a big plus!).
* Be patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about education.
* Hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS – don’t worry, we can process this for you!
* Be registered with the EWC (or willing to register).
* Be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
