Details
* Department: Accounts Advisory
* Location: Dunfermline
* Compensation: £50,000 - £65,000 / year
Key Responsibilities
* Review partnership and corporate accounts and associated tax computations for healthcare clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance prior to sign-off by the Director/Partner.
* Prepare management accounts with detailed narrative commentary and bespoke reporting tailored to healthcare businesses.
* Provide bookkeeping services and respond to day‑to‑day queries for healthcare clients.
* Manage HMRC, PAYE, and VAT matters for the healthcare portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Advise healthcare clients on ad‑hoc accounting, tax, and financial planning matters.
* Supervise a client portfolio, managing workflow, account review, client meetings, invoicing and statutory deadlines.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships within the healthcare sector.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* Knowledge of income tax, corporate tax and VAT and their impact on accounts and client affairs.
* Understanding of partnership, limited liability and company accounts statutory and technical aspects.
* Healthcare industry experience preferred.
Communication Skills
* Exceptional presentation and communication skills enabling clear conveyance of complex information.
Adaptability & Innovation
* Adaptability to changing business needs and creative problem‑solving.
Qualifications
* Minimum qualification requirement: ACCA/CA
