The Role
Join a team recognized for its significant expertise in high-value and complex litigation and arbitration in construction. Contentious construction solicitors seeking a fulfilling and varied role will find the range and quality of work this team undertakes to be a real joy.
You will gain exposure to an excellent standard of work across sectors including energy technologies, infrastructure, utilities, healthcare, engineering, commercial developments, PFI/PPP, transport, and more.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Applying excellent legal skills to analyze and resolve issues pragmatically.
2. Advising clients on contractual obligations and disputes.
3. Handling large-scale court actions.
4. Providing pre-dispute advice, assessing the strength of positions, and undertaking dispute avoidance activities such as arbitration, mediation, and adjudication.
5. Advising on project continuity and documenting settlements and agreements.
