Main duties of the job The post holder will: Work alongside the Maternity Education Team, the wider Quality and Safety Team and Maternity and Neonatal leadership teams to provide mentoring, peer support and clinical supervision to midwifery colleagues and students working in maternity services. Assist in the development and co-ordination of clinical skills and training programmes to meet the educational and development needs of midwives, MSWs and student midwives, in collaboration with the Maternity Education Team.
