We're looking for a senior internal comms leader who knows how to inspire, influence, and make things happen—without needing to shout about it.
This is a senior role with real influence. You'll shape how we partner with the business to deliver clear, purposeful comms that actually land—and help people feel connected to what we're all here to do.
You'll be the trusted sounding board for senior leaders, helping them communicate in ways that feel human, honest, and aligned with our goals. You'll also lead a brilliant team of Internal Communications Business Partners—each supporting different parts of the organisation—and make sure our work is joined up, high quality, and future-ready.
You'll report into the UK Senior Internal Communications Manager and be part of our wider Communications team. We're after someone who's confident, collaborative, considered a go-to expert in internal comms, and is always calm under pressure. Someone who can balance strategic thinking with people leadership, influence at the top table, and keep things moving—even when the pressures on. If you've got a sharp comms brain, a steady hand, a love for leading teams, and a good sense of humour, you'll fit right in.
