Product Experience (PX) represents the voice of consumers within IFF and helps drive regional sales by providing insightful intelligence to optimize the consumer product experience.
IFF PX Europe is seeking a Product Experience Researcher for a 12-month maternity cover starting in October 2024, based at our site in Haverhill, UK.
As a Product Experience Researcher, you will guide sensory and consumer research projects aligned with business opportunities and strategies, focusing on the snack category. You will collaborate with creation, design, commercial, and marketing teams to generate insights relevant for product design, formulation, and customer engagement.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in sensory and consumer research, be strategic, team-oriented, pragmatic, and results-driven. Passion for the field and making a difference are essential.
Responsibilities include:
* Influencing high-impact projects for top European snack customers by leveraging insights.
* Screening and managing project pipelines and stakeholder alignment.
* Designing and executing sensory and consumer research to generate actionable insights.
* Analyzing complex sensory and consumer data using statistical models.
* Presenting insights effectively to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
* Masters or PhD in Sensory Science, Psychology, Food Science, or related field.
* Experience with sensory and consumer methodologies.
* Skills in statistical analysis and data modeling.
* Ability to craft compelling data-driven stories.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
