They're growing quickly and the people joining now will shape what the team looks like next.The RoleThis is a senior consulting position at the intersection of digital commerce, cloud-native technology, and client delivery. You'll be the person in the room who understands both the business problem and what it takes to solve it - running workshops, shaping roadmaps, writing user stories, and working closely with engineering, UX, and product teams to turn client requirements into working digital solutions.It's a varied, high-ownership role that calls for someone equally comfortable presenting to a C-suite stakeholder and collaborating with a development team mid-sprint. Experience in digital commerce is essential - this isn't a generalist BA role.What You'll Be DoingLead client workshops and discovery sessions to capture functional and non-functional requirements, building a clear picture of each client's challenges and objectivesTranslate business requirements into capability roadmaps, product backlogs, epics, and user stories ready for development sprintsWork closely with technical teams, QA, project managers, and client product owners throughout the delivery lifecycleGuide clients in shaping business capability models and operational processes, drawing on deep digital commerce expertiseCollaborate with UX designers and UI engineers to ensure design concepts translate into exceptional user experiencesProduce clear, well-structured documentation and artefacts that guide development and serve as lasting client resourcesContribute to and continuously improve the internal accelerator library, raising productivity across the wider teamManage your own workload across concurrent projects, taking personal accountability for sprint deliverables and timelinesWhat You'll NeedEssential5+ years' experience in a professional consulting environment3+ years' experience in digital commerce in a customer-facing BA or consulting roleExperience working with tier 1 enterprise clientsStrong requirements gathering, user story writing, and backlog management skillsSolid understanding of the full project lifecycle and agile deliveryDegree qualified in a relevant fieldProven ability to work independently across multiple concurrent projectsDesirableExperience with MACH architecture applicationsOmni-channel commerce experienceExposure to customer lifecycle management, CDP, ML, or data lakesKnowledge of search, SEO, web analytics, order management, payments, or fulfilmentFamiliarity with CMS, DAM, PIM, or inventory management platformsUnderstanding of event-based system integrations on AWS or AzureThe Package£60,000 - £80,000 depending on experienceEMI share options (HMRC-approved)Remote-first with Belfast and UK co-working access25 days annual leave + bank holidaysPension matched up to 8%BUPA Private Healthcare and Health AssessmentsSpecsavers Corporate Eye CareCycle to Work SchemeTraining and professional development budgetHigh-spec equipment and home-office budgetInterested?Get in touch with the team at Ocho.
