Our client is one of the largest in their industry and have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company, with an average length of service in the team being 10+ years They are also extremely big on supporting development of people
Role and Responsibilities:
* Leading a team of up to 15 Electricians
* Maintenance of HV equipment (Up to 11Kv)
* Maintenance of PLCs and Instrumentation
* Ensuring PPM schedules are followed
* Ensuring Breakdowns are attended promptly
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Ability to problem solve and implement corrective actions
* Experience with HV equipment up to 11Kv (33Kv Desired)
* Knowledge of PLCs and Instrumentation systems
* Experience with electrical fault:finding
* Experience as an engineering supervisor, maintenance supervisor, engineering team leader or in a similar position
* Experience managing and leading shift teams
