Location:Richmond Village Northampton, Bridge Meadow Way, NN4 5EB

Salary: £35,975pa & Excellent Benefits

Contract: Full Time - No Travel

Shift Patterns: Various Shift Patterns

Our Domiciliary Care Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our residents. You will oversee the delivery of personalized care services in our Assisted Living and independent Living apartments. Managing a dedicated team of caregivers and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your leadership and expertise are vital in creating a supportive and nurturing environment, fostering independence and dignity for all residents. You’ll help us make health happen by:

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in managing domiciliary or home care services.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Knowledge of CQC regulations and UK healthcare standards.

* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required.

Because we care for vulnerable people, we’ll need you to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Bupa will cover the cost of this (£40).
